Connection Sanctuaries are Atma's large villas, designed for travelling as a family or a group without splitting up across several hotel rooms. All three sleep four to six guests, have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wide terrace facing the Guatapé reservoir, and all three have a private jacuzzi. They answer the question we hear most often: where to stay in Guatapé with children, with grandparents or with a group of friends, in privacy and without losing the view of the water.
Bamboo Palace Banana, 137 m², has two King beds, two bathrooms and a lookout terrace over the lake. Eco Villa Banana, 178 m², is the largest villa on the property: two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a terrace facing the water, with the sustainable design that gives it its name. Totem House, 163 m², adds a third bedroom (two Queen beds and one King), a full kitchen, a minibar and a lookout terrace, ideal for three couples or a large family.
The stay includes à la carte breakfast for every guest, a welcome amenity, use of a bicycle or kayak and the weekday morning wellness activities. The full kitchen lets you cook in the villa; note that outside food and drinks are not allowed, but Atma's restaurant and bar are at your disposal and we can arrange private dinners for the group.
One logistics detail matters here: these three villas are reached by road in your own or a rented vehicle, not by boat, which makes arriving with luggage, pushchairs or pets easier. From Medellín it is about an hour and a half. Children aged 0 to 3 stay free and older children have a per-night charge within the villa's maximum capacity; pets are welcome with a per-night fee that includes a bed.
Below you will see each villa with its layout and starting price, and the answers to the common questions about capacity, arrival and policies.
